Also after substantial and significant changes have been made.

Following exceptional circumstances such as damage to, or failure of,the lift,long periods out of use or a major change in operating conditions which is likely to affect the integrity of the equipment. A LOLER Thorough examination must be carried out.

Once you are on our system for LOLER Thorough examination we will contact you to let you know when the next examination is due, normally Two weeks before the expiry of your last certificate.

None compliance with the law may invalidate vehicle insurance and a fine through the courts or a custodial sentence should any Third party be injured.
